Role Details

Marlin is seeking a passionate ZK Cryptography Engineer to join our growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Kalypso by enhancing our platform and propelling ZK-powered applications forward.

Responsibilities

  • ZK Expertise: Deepen Kalypso's foundation by designing, developing, and implementing innovative ZK-proof functionalities.
  • Platform Enhancement: Contribute significantly to the evolution of the Kalypso marketplace. This may involve improving user experience, integrating new features, and optimizing performance.
  • Community Champion: Collaborate with the vibrant ZK cryptography community, fostering partnerships and expanding Kalypso's reach.
  • Cutting-Edge Exploration: Stay at the forefront of ZK advancements by researching and integrating emerging cryptographic techniques.
  • Code Craftsmanship: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Actively participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of building high-quality, secure software systems.
  • Deep understanding of ZK cryptography concepts and advanced zk-SNARKs schemes.
  • Practical experience with ZK-proof libraries and frameworks (e.g., libsnark, Zcash).
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
